charge for each booking administered by us.
We provide directions and arrival
instructions and issue rental
terms and conditions to incoming clients.
Rentals go onto the availability
calendars immediately so owners can see weeks free at any time.
Owners will be paid for rental booking
at the end of each month after deductions for any property maintenance
and Golfsanjuan booking fees. This can be in Pounds or Euros.
We will also arrange maintenance
works tailored to your requirements. Pricing will depend on the
job involved. Our free monthly property inspections (or at changeover)
will let us know if any routine maintenance is needed, either
on the property or on any appliances, we will then inform owners
of any necessary costs involved.
Gardening, painting, decorating,
and general repairs and will be priced accordingly.
We will require two
sets of keys.
1 set of bed linen
per bed including protectors.
